Children
We believe lessons should always be fun and exciting, as well as challenging. Without compromising our professionalism, we strive to make the piano a happy place. As each student is different, it is the teacher’s job to find the right balance.
Adults
Our adult students range from complete beginners to semi-professionals who want to sharpen their skills. Adult students usually have a clearer idea of what music they’d like to play and we’re here to help them achieve those goals. We also appreciate scheduling can be trickier, that’s why we’re available seven days a week.

ABRSM Grades
Grades are an effective way of measuring your progress and help motivate students to work harder. They also provide another performance opportunity with all the benefits of preparing for one. Our students regularly achieve Merit and distinction. We always look at the big picture, plan ahead together with the student and apply only when they feel ready and happy to do so. While we encourage our younger students to take the ABRSM exams, we also know that exams aren’t for everyone. Each student decides what’s right for them.
